Design Diagrams

From SwinBrain

There are several different kinds of diagrams that are used to explain programs. These diagrams are usually associated with a certain programming paradigm.

Object Oriented Programming

Object oriented programming centers around the development of objects or classes of objects that makeup the solution. Diagrams within the object oriented paradigm center on these concepts, and illustrate the relationships between these entities. Currently there exists two main categories of diagrams, the UML standard and the now emerging Microsoft Domain Specific Languages.
